Terms & Conditions

These general terms and conditions apply to all commercialised products and services by Blooming Riders, and prevail over the buyer’s general conditions. An exception to the rule cannot be done without written consent. The parties’ rights and obligations that are not mentioned in our general terms and conditions are subject to the law of Belgium.

1. Our services

Blooming Riders offers online learning videos about horse management, training and education. Those courses are available on a web platform with a monthly or an annual membership, but they can also be bought separately. If Blooming Riders offers a limited validity period or if there are other restrictive conditions attached, they will be explicitly mentioned in the offer. Blooming Riders will clearly describe the products and services offered so that the clients can make an informed decision.

2. Prices

The published prices include VAT. Those prices apply for all countries in which the platform is available (caution, for countries that do not use euro, the client must convert the prices according to the exchange rate that apply when the purchase is made).
A 5 days trial is offered with the different memberships. This trial is not included with th purchase of individual courses or bundles.
Our prices cannot be increased during a membership unless it is a legal obligation (for example in case of VAT raise).
If we need to increase our prices during your membership, you have the right to cancel the membership as of the day the increase is applied.
Blooming Riders has the right to increase its prices. In order to know the current prices, click here https://www.bloomingridersen.com .

3. Payment

The payment for the membership is made by monthly direct debit for the monthly membership, by annual direct debit for the annual membership and by unique direct debit for individual course or bundle purchases. We can send invoices for any payment made on our website.

We also have payment obligations. In case of payment delay, we have to apply a 8% late payment indemnity per year, without previous payment delay notification. A payment delay automatically triggers the delation of the customer’s access to the platform until the due can be debited again.

4. Free trial

A free trial is offered to customers who have never had a membership to www.bloomingridersen.com. The trial duration is 5 days. The trial comes to an end 120 hours after its start, and automatically triggers the direct debit of the monthly or annual subscription that was chosen.
It is only possible to switch membership and/or to cancel the subscription before the trial expiration.
Caution : the customer renounces his right of withdrawal if the free trial is not canceled on time.

5. Commitment duration

Monthly memberships can be canceled at any time. The same goes for the annual membership, but the client will benefit from an access to the platform until the end of his contract (12 months).
If no cancellation is made, the membership will automatically be renewed for a new 12 months period.

6. Cancellation

A membership cancellation can be done on the client dashboard, in the “manage my enrollement” section, then “webiste enrollement”. The Blooming Riders team can be reached at [email protected] if needed.

7. Repayment and withdrawal

By confirming a subscription directly, purchasing a single program or multiple programs together, or by passing the cancellation deadline of the free trial, the user waives their right of withdrawal. In case of a dispute, the user may contact [email protected].

8. Individual course and bundles

Any person with an account on www.bloomingriders.com may purchase an individual program or a bundle of several programs during special offers. In such cases, the user will gain immediate access to the programs and thereby waives their right of withdrawal. If the user wishes to test the products beforehand, they may opt for a free trial with Blooming Riders. Access to these programs is granted for life and is entirely independent of any subscription plans. Please note that in the event of business closure, Blooming Riders can no longer guarantee access to previously purchased programs.

9. Complaints

Any complaints regarding our services or products must be addressed to Blooming Riders, either by email at [email protected] or by post to the following address: Blooming Riders, Avenue Louise 485, 1000 Brussels, Belgium.
